Designed and implemented a corporate culture change championed by the CEO that integrates Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) principles into all business practices company-wide.

• Responsible for designing and implementing environmental, industrial hygiene, product safety, risk assessment, toxicology, and safety programs for the $2+ billion engineered plastics business.
